fun adventure tour for family members of all ages!, The ORIGINAL
CANOPY TOUR® at Hacienda Cutirre consists of 17 platforms
installed in 14 trees which cover a distance of just over
600 lineal meters. It has three ladders, 10 zip lines, one
Tarzan swing, one boomerang (optional game), one hanging bridge
and a grand finale 18 meter rappel. Only the highest quality
high angle and safety equipment is used for your comfort and
safety.
Hacienda Cutirre offers the visitor spectacular
views of Lake Nicaragua and Zapatera Island as well as peaceful
relaxation induced by its protected seclusion under the majestic
Mombacho Volcano.

Description:
Visitors are given a personal sea Kayak, life jacket and instructions
for safety and comfort. Kayak for 2.5 hours seeing the most
beautiful islands in Lake Nicaragua and their rich flora and
fauna. During the tour visitors will stop at the “San
Pablo Island Fort” used in colonial times as the Granada’s
point of defense against invading gold searching pirates.

Lunch will be served at “Mi Viejo Ranchito
Restaurant”, Nicaraguan cuisine.
Transfer to Mombacho Nature Reserve and Biological
Station. Enjoy a one-mile walk (1:30 hrs) around one of the
four craters of Mombacho Volcano. You will learn about this
ecological reserve which has cool weather, some endemic species
of flora and fauna, 86 types of orchids, ‘fumarolas’
and beautiful viewpoints and landscapes.
