This
hike provides an education in the varieties of coffee that
have been cultivated in Hacienda Cutirre for the last 60
years, as well as the farming techniques and the process
of harvesting and patio sun drying still in use today.

Cultivated
under the shade of century old trees, the coffee from the
Cutirre and El Progreso Haciendas is harvested, hand selected,
and processed in sun-dried patios to guarantee its purity
and maximum quality. Enjoy a taste of this delightful treat,
